Bodywork has shaped me in more ways than I can name. It's truly been an honor to offer this work into the world over the last two decades in Boulder, Martha's Vineyard and Maine. I find such joy in seeing my clients  discover new avenues to unwind, deeply relax, heal and recover, body & soul. Getting to witness pathways of ease and grace & 'being with' open in the lives of my clients is one of my greatest privileges and joys. As a massage & craniosacral therapist, I strive to offer a safe space to unwind, realign, re-structure and come 'home' to the body and your own essential Self.  As a craniosacral therapist, I strive to support you in uncovering a deeper capacity for resource within your nervous system, grounded within your body. Time and time again, I've seen how it is our 'felt-sense' or  interoception that underscores, guides and permeates our lives. Learning to track our own 'felt sense' is a skill that takes practice, as any skill does. I'm here to support and assist in this learning journey for those curious and interested. I find it's a skill that helps us to navigate life's ups and downs while feeling at home in our own uniquely beautiful skin.

As a graduate of Boulder Collage of Massage Therapy, Colorado School of Energy Studies, and Naropa University, my approach to bodywork is both rooted in science and art. My approach is both firm and gentle, physical and energetic and is informed by two decades of experience, from coast-to-coast!
