Bodywork has shaped me in so many ways.  It's truly  an honor to offer this work back to others and see how it opens up pathways to more ease and grace in the lives of my clients. As a massage & craniosacral therapist, I strive to offer a safe space to unwind, realign, re-structure and come 'home' to the body and essential Self.  As a craniosacral therapist, I strive to support my clients as they discover and uncover a deeper capacity for resource within their nervous system, grounded within their bodies. Time and time again, I've seen how it is our 'felt-sense' or  interoception that underscores, guides and permeates our lives, helping us to navigate life's ups and downs while feeling at home in our own uniquly beautiful skin.

As a graduate of Boulder Collage of Massage Therapy, Colorado School of Energy Studies, and Naropa University, my approach to bodywork is both rooted in science and art. My approach is both firm and gentle, physical and energetic and is informed by 16+  years of experience, from coast-to-coast!
