Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of service. Camilla is happy to provide you with a receipt for reimbursement, however does not accept Insurence. 

Cancellations

To allow enough time for Camilla to fill your spot, she askes that last minute cancellations be made no later than 36 hours before your reserved appointment. If cancellation is made less then 36 hour before your appointment, 100% of session fee is due. Thank you for your understanding. Should you need to cancel due to a personal emergency or covid-19 related symptom or exposure, cancellation fee is waived. 

Covid-19 Safety

To protect all involved, there is an air purifier running in the room at all times and measures are taken to keep the practice room clean and ventilated. Please reschedule your appointment should you come down with any cold symptoms (runny nose, sore throat, cough, etc.) or have knowingly been exposed to Covid-19. Testing is always worth doing, but good ol' fashioned awareness of symptoms as a sign to stay home and rest is #1. If you feel you are are past the contagious period of a cold or covid, yet are still having some symptoms, please kindly wear a mask to your appointment. Thank you for helping us all take good care and look out for one another.
